This small motel/resort is well maintained and sweet. A good alternative to a big (and possibly rowdy) resort. Downstairs “efficiency” rooms with small kitchen are bigger than the pictures imply. They do look into the courtyard, so not very …

What a great place, location right on the beach the room was clean, fresh, fully stocked in the kitchenette along with extra towels, blankets, and pillows. Service was great, mom and pop owned and you can tell they put great care into maintaining everything and having a friendly calm atmosphere. Lastly, great value considering everything you're getting, this "1 star motel" is better then 95% of the 3 star hotels charging ridiculous prices. This will be my families go to spot anytime we plan a trip down ☺️

Great hotel with a wonderful beach front. The staff is kind and very helpful. The room is stocked with plates, pots, pans, etc. I was able to make breakfast every morning. Chairs were available to take to the beach. The area is quiet. Everything was amazing including the beautiful water. Perfect stay in St Pete Beach.

BEEN COMING HERE FOR 31 YRS. WE GOT MARRIED ON BEACH HERE 24 YRS AGO. ONLY PLACE I'D EVER STAY IN ST. PETE. BEST OF EVERYTHING..BEST OWNERS, BEST LOCATION, BEST PRICE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. IT'S MY HOME AWAY FROM HOME. EVERYONE I'VE RECOMMENED IT TO HAS LOVED IT. AT THE END OF OCTOBER EVERY YEAR, OUR FAMILY & FRIENDS USUALLY RENT THE ENTIRE MOTEL. SOME OF US ARE NOW COMING TWICE A YEAR!!
